New Construction of a Combined Fire / Police Station

Complete site clearing and development, including a large storm retention system and extensive landscaping, and a floating structural building slab to deal with the area’s unique soil conditions.

The new wood-framed building façade was built to draw attention to the historic design.

An enormous amount of coordination and scheduling was required to maintain a healthy and non-disruptive environment as the main regional “Rail-to-Trail” bike / walk path is directly behind this site.
