Hilger worked closely with the ownership team to completely renovate the interior of the existing Sunset KIA showroom. All new finishes were installed, new restrooms and management offices were constructed, and all existing spaces were brought up to certified KIA brand standards. Remodel also included parapet reconstruction, installation of new siding system, and M.E.P. upgrades.
