Hilger worked closely with the ownership team to construct a new 12,000sf express service building. The new building utilized dealership land and parking. The lot was developed with new storm drainage and new utilities. The building consists of new mechanic lift bays in the service shop, as well as customer waiting spaces and a sales floor.
