Construct a 1,750SF conference room addition on the 2nd floor-viewing porch (Cahill Balcony), which is located directly above the 1st floor Command Group Suite. Conference room addition will be designed as one large Conference room w/ operable panel to divide one large Conference room into two separate smaller conference areas. Provide the architectural work.

We provided temporary dust & infection control partitions & negative air in all the work areas as well as close coordination of the work schedule with the tenants. We did selective demolition & disposal of waste material through the hospital, concrete patches in the floors as needed, int. framing, insulation, fire stopping, doors frames & hdwre, GWB, toilet partitions & accessories, acoustic ceilings, painting, signage, corner guards and casework.
