Wright Park House was and continues to be a low income housing project. The project consisted of a seven story apartment complex with a parking garage. The scope of work included new roofing / flashing and fall-restraint anchors, window and deck sliding glass door replacements, exterior building paint and landscaping renovations.  The interior work included renovations to 54 units, including ADA units involving: new paint, flooring, electrical upgrades, cabinets refinishing, door / hardware upgrades, plumbing upgrades, common area upgrades of the laundry room, community room, new boilers, elevator cab refinish and hallway upgrades.
