USPS Forest Grove Post Office was the conversion of an existing 7,200sf auto parts store into a USPS Post Office facility housing a retail outlet, Box Lobby, and sorting / distribution area for (13) carriers.
Site work included an expansion of paved parking areas, new storm drains, chain link security fencing, site lighting and USPS signage.
The interior of the building required significant demolition of existing finishes, walls, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
The exterior of the building required the removal and replacement of a metal fascia, installation of new exterior doors and storefront, new steel-framed Loading Dock canopy, and the patching and painting of all existing wall surfaces.
